Neighbour Magazine is now a non-profit!

Ane, Camille, Kasia and Lugdivine in May 2025

Dear readers,

I have big news! After more than a year of hibernation, Neighbour Magazine is starting to wake up again. In December 2024, I put the original business into liquidation and co-founded Neighbour Magazine ASBL with three wonderful friends and contributors, Lugdivine Unfer, Ane Erézué and Camille Dassy!

The aim of the new ASBL is to continue the magazine’s mission but as a collective project. Our official objectives are:

  • To raise awareness and encourage the adoption of a sustainable and local lifestyle in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, with a particular focus on sustainable initiatives in the region

  • To raise awareness of the need for and solutions to biodiversity protection, ecological regeneration, the circular economy, sobriety and other issues related to climate challenges in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, in a global context.

We’re going back to the drawing board before re-launching in order to re-imagine what Neighbour Magazine should be in 2025. Will it be an online journal, a print magazine, a zine, a podcast, or a combination of all of those and more? How can we include more voices, more art, more stories?

Do you want to join us in re-launching the project? We’ll be holding a co-creation workshop on Thursday, June 12th near Luxembourg City, open to all readers and contributors who would like to share their ideas and/or become part of the new organisation! Sign up here

I can’t wait to share what comes out of this process with you all!

Sincerely,

Kasia Krzyzanowski
